To join the club there are three steps (forms) that you need to go through.
The first form must be filled out before you attend any practices. This first form is the Liability Form. The second form is the Membership Form and this must be submitted with dues in order to take advantage of practices, sponsorship, subsidies etc. Finally we need you to fill out the Membership Inquiry Form to give us some information for our conferences. |
